The Superior General and the team together with the Lourdes Convent community inaugurated the year of Mother Veronica, our Founder on 1 October 2011. Sister Liceria briefed the gathering regarding the importance of dedicating this year to Mother Veronica. The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp by Sister Agatha Mary, the Superior General, the Councillors, Sister Lisetta the superior of Lourdes Convent and the ACA President. Sister Clarice and the students of the Sacred Heart Teacher Training Institute choreographed the A.C. charism. The unveiling of the photo of Mother Veronica was a part of the programme. The programme concluded with a message on the spirituality of Mother Veronica bt Sister Agatha Mary. The programme was attended by the ACA members, Carmel Blossoms, D.Ed students and the hostellers of the campus. We were also fortunate to have the Renewal group which represented the entire Congregation. The programme was followed by a light refreshment.
