A Day of Reports
Sr. Olivia integrated well the
liturgy of the feast of Presentation of Our Lord and World Day of consecrated Life. It was a colourful and bright day as the
Eucharistic celebration was preceded by blessing of the candles and the procession
with lighted candles.
For us, the Chapter Delegates, it was the first day of
reports. Sister Theodomira and Eulalia
Furtado presented the reports of General Administration. Sister Agatha Mary presided over the
discussions that ensued.
The afternoon
was devoted to the report of Karnataka Province. Sister Linette presented the highlights of
the report and there was a thorough discussion and clarifications of the points
presented.
The chapter
delegates felt the need for more time for silent reflection. So we decided to spend an additional half an
hour at the end of the day in silent adoration before the Blessed Sacrament.
